BOSSING UP a.k.a. PRODUCER

In high school my math teacher name Mrs. zena, Mrs.zena looked like a young Lena Horne the famous singer/actress,it was ironic that a math teacher was not the only one watching her figure.beautiful inside and out Mrs. zena was, I will never forget her because one day in a crowded math class she took the time to explain to me life of my future concerning numbers...that went something like this....my head down on my desk, VANN! you need to pay attention or attention will not pay you! Mrs.zena says,so I responded with a quick answer that made the class laugh and then Mrs. zena sat down at her desk,so then I sat up correctly at my desk and said how is this Y=2=ABC! going to help me anyway? (algebra)..Mrs.zena get up from her desk and she stand in front of the class and her answer has stuck in my mind ever since....in show business their are two parts,the business part and the show part. the business part is all the hard work to produce the show part. being a producer is being the boss, a producer is the person that make sure the show is "ON". a producer buys equipment,book entertainers/performers, rent the location or building, etc. some people become producers to make a profit,some want to bring something forward such as a pet project or childhood dream,some are producers because they can (they have money to invest).you don't need a lot of money to be a producer, you can be a small producer on a small budget,have you heard of B-movies,those movies are made on a small budget not like the Eddie Murphy blockbusters movies. I have used credit cards,advance loans, tax refunds,etc. to produce shows for my production company, I also had partners throw in funds wishing for a come up,and it's a small gamble for the partners but they also was a part of something bigger...

when I started getting paid for doing shows with Sammy,I was very young,being in show business for profit is not like having the art of ventriloquism as a hobby..understand when someone hire you as a ventriloquist,let me repeat VENTRILOQUIST! they're hiring you for many many reasons,my experience why people hired vann duke and Sammy for their events was for mostly two reasons, #1.affordable and #2 .,Sammy acting a fool,really, when Sammy and I would get booked at special private parties,people would love to watch Sammy act a fool...what is Sammy acting a fool,basically it's when I duck into the shadow of Sammy and let him run wild on a leash,this is called "splitting" did I enjoy Sammy acting a fool,well it's show business,seeing the audience reaction to Sammy behavior,was like a parent watching a out of control child..what do I do?..now I have a out of control animated child and audience... in show business you need to create yourself many skits and tricks and bits,and believe me when I say Sammy acting a fool was a comedy bit,and I did that bit over and over,because that bit most audience expected all the time and also remember this as a artist and a performer not to spoil your audience,understand I am a writer and trust me when Sammy is acting a fool in front of an audience,their is no writing of a script, it's all Sammy, and when vann the ventriloquist see the audience eating up Sammy's every word, vann the ventriloquist doesn't want to be the party pooper.

so you want to be the boss of your own production company? ha! ha!,..first let's talk about creating money!! when I was married I owned many automobiles, I had bills, I had loans and plus a spouse with no income,so my production company join with partnership such as the chocolate factory, real booty girls and other production companies through the years...
it take money to make money and most of the time you put your money where your mouth is and you need to really really really learn to play the numbers game called the put up or shut up..
my lil homie Rome owned classic low riders and I had brand new with monthly payments..my lil homie Rome owned his cars, I did not, my lil homie Rome cars go up in value as they get older my cars did not..take note of this when learning how to create money for your own production company...my lil homie Rome was a business man for his very own production company called the chocolate factory, when the chocolate factory and royal kingdom presents production company teamed up together as business partners,it was no childhood bullshit, we were homies but when it came down to business playtime was over.the chocolate factory had very good street credit and the royal kingdom presents production company had real world credit..when you start your own production company you need credit,real world or street,when dealing with credit you need to get your numbers game up,today as I write social media has become a numbers game with the amount of followers you have, but I don't believe in that because before I retired from live performances a comedy club hired a comedian to showcase the comedy club because he had a million followers on social media,on the night of the show under a hundred came to see the comedian not close to a million..if you are starting up a production company you need to cut cost,like car payments, car insurance, eating high price food unless it's for business,wearing high price clothing unless it's for business,what you would like to do is take the car payment and transfer it to your business, right out of high school I paid a car payment of two hundred and eighty dollars a month for a beautiful brand new car off the dealership lot...how the hell do I get out of this deal,with out damage to my credit, well..are we witches,that beautiful car became a charge off on my credit,what is a charge off? a charge off is not good or bad and it's not permanent on your credit,I will not tell you the secret of getting out of that deal but the hint hint the car was totaled,o.k. here is the secret on how I get out of that deal,the secret is are we witches,ha! ha! ha! beautiful car but I am only eighteen with dreams baby dreams!

(THE NICKEL AND DIME BUSINESS MODEL)
everyone looking at her booty! every time she walk down the street she turned heads, if people can't stop looking at her booty,why not put your business phone number or website on her booty
or if she has big Brest put your business phone number on her Brest..walking billboards are what they're called..if you own a nice fancy vehicle make a poster business card and stick it on your vehicle Windows while you drive, this poster can be made with color markers on note book paper, put your business information such as phone number, e-mail, website, etc, the fancy vehicle is a eye catcher and out of curiosity viewers will see your poster in the window..if you do not have a big booty you can hire someone that do, if you do not have big Brest you can ask someone that do and if you do not have a fancy vehicle ask someone that has one if they could place your note in the window for a few hours,  maybe buy them a beer for helping you..I want the reader to know that I am writing this autobiography for poor people that are looking for info for a way out, I am sure someone reading this autobiography that has a college degree may giggle at some of the tools I have mentioned..I am writing this autobiography for the people living in the hoods and ghettos, it is dedicated to the young people living in the hoods and ghettos, hoping to show a way out.

If you're going to have your very own production company, you will need lots and lots of material to produce your product..by the time I graduated from high school, I owned my written material, and equipment,I lost it all in a storage unit.... today my production company has triple in material,my production company no longer do live performances,so the equipment is no longer stage production equipment but studio or online equipment,my production company has grown thanks to Sammy figment the third..the royal kingdom presents production company is fully equipped to produce all my desirable dream imagination. in building your production company you will need equipment,you might want to start out with used equipment,I don't know what you make but let's say you want to be a fashion designer, maybe start out with used machine to make your clothing and as your clothing line grow you upgrade the machine.

Cha ching!!...now remember this writing autobiography is for the poor and the person that has very little to work with..a production company is like any other business, some make clothes, some make cookies, some make ventriloquist dolls, some make classic automobile, some make movies, some are live performances, some are what ever you can dream up...your production company should have a catchy name and should be label on your products and most of all should be mentioned in all your speaking,for example if you are at a interview, don't say "I", don't say " my production company" say your production company name such as quick cookies will be available on Sunday also, if your production company is named quick cookies..business people speak the  business language so in the interview most terms are in business language now after the interview you can speak any language you like, but remember business start from the street hustlers to the president of many nations, some are educated and some are street educated but they all speak the same language and that's business.
