By the time I became age eighteen my adult entertainer career was in full motion, becoming a legal adult did not make a difference to me because I was already in the adult environment for show business.at age eighteen I was not near of dreaming of performing in comedy clubs not even a thought,my dream was to be a night club entertainer and from age fourteen to twenty years old I was a night club entertainer,I open for a touring musician band.I did not reach the comedy club world until I was fully legal adult age for the comedy clubs. Before going into comedy clubs I cleared my calendar schedule shows with the musician band management and resigned from musician touring band.I went into production with my production company, also riding the coattails of clubs and event promoters.during my nightclub days age eighteen was a youngster dream, all the kids in the hoods and ghettos would dream of becoming the legal adult age but not me,as a ventriloquist performing in a nightclub at age fourteen I would just yawn at all the kids fairy tales at what they were going to do at age eighteen.in the ghetto and hoods people are looking for the "TICKET" out the hood and ghetto some kids think eighteen is the magic number most kids I knew said eighteen is the "TICKET"out of the hood and ghetto by joining the United States military and my older brother was one of those kids..........

(WHAT DO BECOMING THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS OLD REALLY MEANS)
in the hoods and ghettos kids would argue with their parents about a lot of different things, most parents favorite sayings was "this is my house and as long as you are living in it you obey my rules" the funny thing is my mother said anything like that,my mother would talk to you first and explain to you how shit works, here's a true example...one day in elementary school me and my little brother won was playing down at our friends house, for some reason our friend mother complained about something about me and won to my mother,so my mother sat me and won down and talk to us not playing at the Jones,I don't remember my friend name so I am only using the Jones as a example name..my mother explain to me and won you can play with the Jones kids but not near their home,do you boys understand, yes mother we understand me and won reply, the day came when me and won was about three houses away from the Jones home on the sidewalk playing with the Jones kids and my mother saw us, she take off her leather belt and chased me and won home...now that I am older, I read between the lines =stay away from the Jones, PERIOD!=....when a parent sit you down and talk to you nicely it's only the warning before the storm,so what ever you are doing cut it completely out..turning age 18 means that your parents can have you arrested but before you could have your parents arrested.
In America age 18 is a law, this law says that you are now a full grown ADULT, this law says you are responsible for you and only you, this means you are no longer a child...no more going to stand in the class room corner, now you are going to jail..oh call my mother! oh my dad will fix it, oh yeah well my big brother or sister is going to kick your ass!..
sorry after age 18 those days are over, the Peter pan syndrome only works for Peter pan...it's good to look for a bright future for yourself and making plans, such as age 16,18, 21, 25, 50, 55, 62, 65, 72, in the United States, because these are law ages.
