NAMING SAMMY

"NAMING SAMMY"
when I was in eighth grade my study for the art of ventriloquism was more and more.I bought a lesson in the mail that came on a sheet of paper.a lesson on one side and a ventriloquist comedy practice routine on the other side.I took that sheet of paper every where I went,I read it and study it.when my mother bought me my first sammy,it did not have a name,so I entered the "ALL CITY TALENT SHOW" Lynwood California in 1982.when I was back stage the talent show host came to me and said  "you're going on stage next what's your partner name?" I didn't have a name for my partner,but that sheet of paper that I read and study so much the ventriloquist comedy routine the dummy lines were name sammy,so I said to the talent show host,"sammy". that night Vann duke and sammy were born.(The poster for the ALL CITY TALENT SHOW was lost in storage,me and sammy first show I will always remember,wow I had that poster from my childhood to adult years becarefull what you put in a storage facility.I mourn)

AGENTS AND MANAGERS FOR SHOWBIZ

do you need a manager or agent? some amateurs entertainers might want some advice on that question and I will write with a ghostwriter poker face with my experience on the question.
